There is a youtube link for the music video of this song which is called "wont be long" by The Bubble Gum Brothers, a Japanese pop group from a long time ago. This song is from 1990. I think the main chorus is "tokyo summer nights".

American Yakuza is one of my favorite movies and after watching it again with my brother we HAD to find this goofy song so we googled it, well he did, and he found it eventually.

omg that song is so funny , i remember i was drinking bud when watching it and i kept rewinding that scene wit that song i got so *beep* up listening to that song
