WTF is wrong with you???
Maybe it's my generation that likes it (i'm 25,) but every time this comes on TV it's just as good as it was back in the day. It's not supposed to be a masterpiece but it's a whole play on the music industry and desperate musicians. And it's original and has a *beep* of bad ass actors in it!! just watch it and enjoy and don't expect it to be super smart!

This is one the films that takes me straight back to my teens. Loved it then, love it now, and it's got an awesome soundtrack.
shareI'm an older fart like Joe Mantegna was in the film (“Rock and Roll has been all downhill since Lennon died”). But I found it an enjoyable flick with a great cast. Some golden moments in there as well. No, it's not delivering a deep social message or a wondrous display of thespian abilities. It's just a fun flick that delivers the goods- and even gets an old fart like me back into the game of rock-n-roll.

Why do people get upset when others don't like the same movies as them...even to the point where they insult them?
Why does it matter? If you like it, then you like it. Why do the opinions of others matter.
Same holds true if you dont like movies others like. Theres no right or wrong here.
