Chris Farley - wandered in from another movie?
His performance seeemd so out of step with everyone else. I couldn't understand how the director could have accepted the clowning from him when everyone else was going for a more naturalistic style. There were moments when I wondered if his character had been added at the last minute just to increase the laugh quota. Does anyone know whether this could be the case? If you think about it, many of his scenes are standalone or just with the Sergeant. Was he "hot" and "available" and the producers got him in to "make it funnier"?
