shareHe's an interesting looking man. Such strong features. Not long ago, I saw a film he did with Helena Bonham Carter (who I'm not too fond of) called TIl Human Voices Wake Us and I was amazed at how different he looked. He hadn't done anything but change his hair color and yet, he so totally inhabited the character that I had trouble remembering it was him. Great movie about love, loss, transmigration of the soul, destiny and fate.

Absolutely - a beautiful face, often with a very soulful expression, somehow emitting light; the epitome of feminine poise, dignity and classy seductiveness. I wish I had those qualities.

Guy pearce looked really cute because he had not lost a lot of weight yet. He is thinner now and his cheekbones stick out more.
When he was not in drag I thought the character had more power. Being in drag was necessary to the story, but when he was himself he was more compelling...Even tho he was a complicated boy...
However, the drag scenes just crack me up. they are the best, except for Gene Hackman in The Birdcage. Now that one will give you nightmares.

omg! I saw this when it first came out i was 14/15 and he instantly became my first/last undying celeb crush! Everyone thought i was strange for being infatuated with a guy in drag. Glad i'm not alone, anyone else have a thing for tim curry in RHPS too though? lol
shareYes, I had a thing for Tim Curry in drag too. In fact, one of the live casts I saw used to substitute "we all want to *beep* Tim Curry" for the line "we don't want to be any worry" in "Sweet Transvestite." Unlike Tim Curry, though, Guy Pearce is hot as a man too.
P.S. It pleases me every time I watch Priscilla how much young Guy Pearce looks like my homophobic ex-husband.
