The episodes broadcast in the UK versus the A+E DVD

In the late 80's and into the mid 90's as many British series were released on video tapes they often left off the opening and closing credits. This was very frustrating for fans and made people new to these shows wonder if everything in the UK was as long as a Lord of the Rings movie. As we moved into the era of dvd's this policy was been abandoned for the most part.
EXCEPT FOR THIS SERIES!!!!
When A&E originally showed this series in 1993 it showed three episodes every three months, thus, the seasonal format (making us wait almost a year to see the whole show). Fortunately, it is easy to find where the episode breaks come in this particular series as each time the next months name appears on the screen that is the start of the next episode.
In either its half hour or ninety minute form this is a fun series.

I'll make a good Gordon, Gordon!
