Something the King Said to Assistant

Am I crazy or didn't the King say something wonderfully nutty to his lovely PR assistant--something along the lines of "You're quite, uh, well, uh, to be precise, in the most, uh, one hesitates to say, you know, [insert something like "top drawer" here]. Well there, I've said it." It was so endearingly british--like the whole show of course. I just can't remember what it was.
