...when ever a "virus" was revived, the battle footage would be EXACTLY THE SAME just with a new script being over dubbed?

I mean why the hell did they keep doing that?

One virus - "Plexakon" or something had a different battle scene each time, but the others...

That's because they had to recycle footage. Where as Gridman, the original show, only lasted 1 season, SSSS lasted 2. So, they had to either reuse or create new viruses. They chose the first one....
