Was watching SC on YouTube yesterday and realized, a lot of the music and the way the show was shot reminded me a LOT of how the show Moesha was done. Did the same people (behind the camera) do both shows?

they had some of the same characters too in both shows. hakeem and niecy were both in south central too.

You mean the same actors.Same characters is when they play the same role.
