Does anybody know the name of an episode were i think alex meets someone else with powers?If you do what was the name of the episode?

I think you're referring to the BMX episode. Alex and Ray meet this old hermit out in the woods and it turns out that he was a former scientist who was working on GC-161. He tested it on himself and developed the same powers that Alex has but they eventually wore off. It also turns out that Danielle had Vince kill all of the other scientists who knew about the guy testing the chemical on himself and when Lars finds out the guy is still alive he hires Vince to take care of him.
