Yeah the Commander Cash episodes was filmed partly at Woodbine Centre, location of the OCP OmniMall. Do you remember if they actually had a huge Commander Cash balloon over the building like in the show?
I don't remember seeing a balloon, it may have been added in during post. I do still wonder why she kept staring at me, I'm thinking she liked me for some reason, wish I could have pursued that. The mall was still open while they were filming.

She was around 13 - 14, just small for her age, and I am only a year or two older than her.
