Revived fame of Friends is weird, when this show exists

Given how good this show is, I've been waiting for it to have its resurgence in pop culture, and yet it seems like Friends has taken that spot - and I just don't get it. As a stand-alone show or even in comparison, this show is superior in every way to Friends. And yes, you can even turn it into a bunch of Buzzfeed quizzes, as the 21st century has necessitated.

Imo, Friends has always been an average show that got worse over time because the characters aged, but stayed the same maturity-wise.
