I liked her too, but she wasn't very memorable. They didn't give her much character as if they knew she wouldn't be continuing. Jill was a beautiful train wreck and was a sad intro for Sarah a year later. At first Hewitt was only hired for a few episodes, they expected Sarah to be another passing character like Kate. The producers and fans loved her so they kept Sarah and the rest is Party of Five history.
