Can somebody explain this quote to me


In the episode where the little brother gets his name shaved into his hair, the father is outraged and tries to get the boy's haircut fixed. They end up shaving his whole head and when the older brother sees this he says:
"You look like Charles Barkley, without the mustard."

For years this quote has haunted my mind and damaged my psyche ever so slowly. Can somebody please explain that quote and put my thoughts at ease?

The line was, "You look like Charles Barkley, without the muscles!"

I thought it was "without the mustache." Haha.

I also thought it was "You look like Charles Barkley, without the mustache" but it could of been muscles, I will have to see it tonight on youtube to make sure.
