Noticed Inspector Rex was on TV 1.30pm on Friday so tuned in just to see where it was up to. At that time of the day you'd expect re-runs, right?
Turned out to be a series of Rex in Rome that I'd never seen before. Different main actor.
Fabbri was the main dude for the first 3 series in Rome, then he was blown up and Rivera took over for the next 2 series.
Now they've got a Terzani. Anyone know what happened to Rivera?

The DVD sets only go as far as the first series with Davide Rivera. They are getting slack. Normally the DVDs are out before the series has even finished showing on TV.
The Mitterer series only started here in Australia a week ago.

Rex must be so popular in Australia. Here in Germany they only showed the first 3 seasons of the Italian Rex on TV and there are no DVDs either ... Probably it's not popular enough in Germany. Sad, cause I actually like them too.
