Hi, does anyoneone know the name of the actress who played the rape victim in the first episode? The one with Ewan McGregor.
Her face looks familar, but I can't place her name.

She was played by the lovely actress Alison Steadman who also played Lizzie Bennett's mother in that classy series Pride and Prejudice. So, now you know!
shareOh! Such a pleasant surprise to find out she was Mrs. Bennett in Price and Prejudice. I came here to find out where I had seen her before because she looked so familiar but I wouldn't have thought of Pride and Prejudice.
Just found out I recently saw her in Inspector Lewis 7.5 Intelligent Design, Part 1.
