ooook, so i just finished books one and two and was planning on watching book three. but then i got on here just to check it out and i am thouroghly confused. first of all, what the hell is happening in book three, where is orry and constance??? is this even worth watching??
I have a newfound love for fields and early morning mist that I never knew before...
Orry is killed in 1864 by a wounded Union soldier. I'm on page 1018 of book 2 and i don't know where Constance went either. She had been ill and taking on alot of weight in book 2.

in the movies Orry gets killed in the 1st scene of book 3 by Bent
This is the date Orry was killed in the book. In the miniseries, book 3, Orry is killed after Civil war ended in 1865. He and Madeline were staying in Richmond. Orry went out for evening stroll and was killed by Bent.
