Season 1 really was the best!

Just re-watching season 1 with Nick, Jodi, Rivers, Sam, Con etc and it really was the most enjoyable, entertaining and heartwrenching one of the lot. It picked up again I thought in later seasons with Drazic and Anita's romance BUT the stuff with Nick & Jodie and Sam & Rivers and Alex Dimitriades as Nick Poulos remaining the best actor and most charismatic lead it's easy to see why it had huge success when it started and why it became a spin-off from The Heartbreak Kid. Matt Logan was lame in the 2nd season, was glad when they had Drazic as he brought some much-needed life to a series that had pretty much run its course.

I agree. I loved the first season, it was by far the best.
Drazic is the only male character who could compete with Nick.
Loved Rivers/Sam SL, even though it was wrong... he was like 17?

Wish Dimitriades stayed a bit longer. He was and still is such a gorgeous and talented man.

Loved Season 1 too, especially Jodies character and her singing. Ever noticed, nearly all of them weren't very lucky in love matters xD And I never liked Nick hat much.
