Go to any horror/anime/comic book/sci-fi convention to get the Head bootlegged on DVD. Quality seemed okay from what I saw at a recent convention, and every dealer had copies. Or you could always go eBay. Same can be said for the Maxx... Hold out, however, for the official complete series of Aeon Flux coming Nov 22 for all you classic MTV animation fans. I'm sure it'll be high quality and have tons of extras to tie into the movie.

Is anyone making copies for free? I'd just hate to go to ebay and get a crappy bootleg dvd, it happens to me wayyy too often.

I downloaded mine off of myspleen.com . The quality is about VHS or better, not what you would find on TV, but I would give it an 8.5/ 10 . I copyed mine to a dvd, when you download the file, it includes all thirteen episodes of the series and the box art for the vhs tape. This can easily be photoshoped to a nice DVD cover for all you customizers out there. Very satified though, if you have a nice DVD burner, go to myspleen.com . The file type is really weird and confusing, but the website explains it all.

I have an original vhs tape. I am transferring it currently to a dvd. Let me know if you would like it. I do not know how the quality is gonna come out, but its the head regardless. My tape is in good condition. Wish me luck.

Please let me know if your dvd copy came out ok. Would you ever consider making a copy for me? I have been searching for this show for as long as I can remember. I would like to get a copy for my husband, as a surprise. I wish that mtv would put the entire series out on dvd, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. I have sent them numerous e-mails requesting that they offer the series in dvd format and I have yet to see a response to my pleadings.

I too just found a mint condition official VHS release from Sony Music Video (from 1995) in my collection that I forgot that I owned (along with VHS & Beta copies of The Whoppee Boys, Surf II, Up The Creek & Electric Dreams!). Shrink wrap was still on the tape. I'm copying it to DVD (along with the others) as I type this!
