The shows premise..

The t.v show captialized on jumping on the bandwagon of the
Daniel Day-Lewis' movie which was far better than the show \
and telling of its tell.

The after the movie, there was nothing much of a story to tell.
Only the last of the mohician and Hawkeye and his love were left.
Everyone else perished. So why did they bother even creating
a show about this??

I thought the show would have done far better if it wasnt based on
the "Last of the Mohicians" movie and book. They shouldnt have used
the characters from there.. since the show itself was based on
Linda Carter's character and her finding her husband. Nothing to
do with Hawkeye himself.

Then the storylines carried some storylines of revisionist history
and politically liberal overtones. I just wanted to be entertained
not evaluate politics. Major turnoff.

They did have a good thing going, but could have made some major
changes.
