Very emotional, girly, low-T... I would say infantilised, but there is more than that... Certainly a feminine energy about them...

Joey got laid a lot so that goes against being a beta. I'd say Ross was mostly had low t because he was a neurotic needy mess most of the time.

I didn't say he wasn't getting laid, I said he acts like a woman... Which is true, apart from the scenes were he is flirting with women.

He does have feminine energy. Very infantilised and always relating to other characters in a feminine way. All talking about their feelings all the time, etc...

That's generally necessary to make comedy. I did find it interesting how whenever Richard (Tom Selleck) was on screen, the other guys all seemed like teenage boys by comparison.
