Which series did 'The Gold Standard' sketch appear in?

You know the one. In the style of an old, scratchy, black and white film. A group of gents sit around the dinner table, discussing things of great import. They talk about 'The Gold Standard'. Then- blimey- a woman speaks. This astonishes the gentlemen. How can a woman possibly understand matters such as this?

Anyway folks, which series did this sketch appear in?

I don't know if the deleted posts above said this, but that was actually a sketch from The Harry Enfield Program (which Paul Whitehouse did before The Fast Show). Those black and white sketches (with Mr Chumley Warner) were some of the funniest sketches Harry Enfield ever did - like the ones with the South African pharmacist, which was hysterical.

By "The Harry Enfield Program" do you mean "Harry Enfield and Chums"?

It might be - every series the name changed. I think it went from 'Harry Enfield's Television Program' to 'Harry Enfield and Chums' to 'Harry Enfield's Brand Spanking New Show' (that was the series with the South African pharmacist) and the most recent one was 'Ruddy Hell! It's Harry and Paul!"
