Cameo in 'The Deal' S1 E18

In the opening scenes, Francesca Vecchio elbows her way next to Fraser and the woman she pushes to the side and threatens sure looks like Emily Deschanel. I didn't find her name in the credits or is there a listing in Emily's credits for this show/episode. Is it just a resemblance, or did I make a good spot?
