shareI'm guessing you're talking about in Victoria's Secret. Ray didn't shoot Fraser intentionally, he was aiming at Victoria and Fraser got in the way at the last second.

What canada3dayer said, although I should note in the one of the next three episodes Fraser admits to Ray he was going to go with Victoria, and Ray says like he knew the whole time, "I know."
