could anybody tell me the title of the song Sharon Small sang at the end of this episode

The song is called "Carrickfergus". I am trying to find out if Sharon has ever recorded it, but as of yet to no avail. It has been recorded by several artists including Charlotte Church on her CD "Enchantment"
