The Christy Juvenile book series

What did you guys think of it? I enjoyed the inclusion of more Christy-Neil scenes. Neil was more open about his interest in her.

reply

I thought some of the books were pretty interesting.

I really enjoyed the part book Christy was blind and accepted David's proposal.

Spoiler alert!

Neil was really upset with her about it. In fact, he pretty much pled his case with her. I thought that it showed how much the doctor actually cared for her-and then at the end when she threw her arms around him (after she could see again), I liked the affection she showed. And, book 8 where she kisses him when she realized he wasn't leaving Cutter Gap. The books just seemed a little bit more romantic! And they showed more response between them.

There were a couple book that didn't spend too much time on Neil so I didn't enjoy those as much.

Just my opinion!

I completely agree! The story really should be focused on Neil and Christy!

Though I always feel bad when I watch the show or read the books, because everytime someone gets sick or hurt I get excited. I know Neil is entering the scene!

I have not read them all, but I have # 4 and #5 on my tablet. Wish I was able to get more. In the movie when they got married, I bet Neil couldn't wait to get her back to the cabin and out of that dress!

Really. I only managed to get two of them. But I skip to the Neil and Christy scenes. I hope to aquire more of them. I like to think that this relationship in these books would have eventually happened in the series, had it not been canceled.
