I met Christine Lahti today !

Hi all you Chicago Hope fans,
I met her after seeing her in "THIRD" at the Geffen Playhouse in Westwood. She was so nice. She signed 3 times for me including the program, and I told her that I was a huge "Chicago Hope", and "Jack and Bobby" fan. The show was wonderful, and of course she was perfect in the role of Laurie Jamison. I met Jayne Brook from "Hope" also, and she was so down to earth. She actually told Christine Lahti right in front of me that I was a big "Hope" fan.

Go and see the show if you can !

i wouldn't want to meet her, because i'd go to jail for telling her how she RUINED chicago hope....horrible actress, horrible character, she stinks and destroyed this once great show.

Christine Lahti was, and is Chicago Hope, you mental case. (Buy the way, I'm just kidding. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.) But you have really bad taste in actors, and you obviously have no idea when you are watching a great one. Christine Lahti is one of the best actresses of our time. Millions of people think so, not just me. She has won many many awards for acting. Again, I'm sorry you just don't have a clue.

Yes I am a lucky person. I actually don't believe that it was just luck. The event pretty much changed my life. Seeing her up close, and in person was a very "eye opening" experience. That's all I can say for now.

I love Christine Lahti, and absolutely adored Chicago Hope, such a fantastic show that was. It never really got the chance to shine because of ER. I am so envious that you got to meet Christine Lahti, I think she is amazing!

It was such a cool thing. She was very nice and signed everything I asked her to. It was so cool to be introduced to her as "a fan of Chicago Hope" by her co-star in Chicago Hope Jane Brook who was co-starring with her in the play "Third". They were both so great. How did you become a fan?

I first saw Christine in Just Between Friends, but really became a fan with Running on Empty, that was just such an amazing film! I have been a fan of hers ever since then. How about you?

She is a good actress but her character was so annoying -she played it well though!

I loved her character, Austin was my favorite on the show and I think there should be more female characters like her. She was a real woman with real problems, definitely not perfect, sometimes unsympathetic - which was refreshing. It also helped that she was played brilliantly by Christine Lahti, of course.
