what artist or group is singing the slow song during the wedding reception in the episode titled rochelle?

I recently got the DVD box set and was watching this again! I don't recognise the Singer/group,but The Lyrics mention "Dance the blues away",and I'm not getting a match online..sorry!
If Book was in Intelligence B4 finding God,does that mean He's a Shepherd Spy? (Thank You,Spike..)

Thanks so much! I was just looking all over the web for this song (using the lyrics as I heard them during the episode), and it was going to drive me crazy if I didn't figure it out! XD
