Which episodes do you think are the best?

Although they are all very good and well written, I think there are some episodes that are just superb. For me the following are the best.

A Morbid Taste For Bones
The Virgin In The Ice
The Devil's Novice
A Corpse Too Many
Monks Hood
The Holy Thief
The Sanctuary Sparrow

Go to bed Frank or this is going to get ugly .

My least favorites were all from the last series, with special hatred reserved for Pilgrim of Hate and Holy Thief.
