It is many years now since I last read the books, but didn't Brother Jerome end up murdering somebody? Or is my imagination running away with me. AND Hugh Beringar became Sherriff didn't he when Robert Prescott was murdered.

I also would like to wipe the smirk off of the weasel known as Brother Edmund. He irritates me with his constant tattling then his constantly thinking everyone is evil and after the flesh if they talk to or are nice to women. I loved it in the episode St.Peter's Fair when they found him hanging by his heels. He is the most irritating character alongside Brother Prior. They are 2 peas in a pod.
