Aaahh!!! Real Monsters (1994 TV Series) CC on the DVD'S

Is there any Closed Captioning on the dvd's, because I watched Season 1 of Aaahh!!! Real Monsters that I had rented from the library and that had Closed Captioning on it. I also rented Season 2 from the library and that set did not have Closed Captioning pop up when I had it turned on from the tv. So do I have a defective set or was it just a fluke that I had Closed Cationing on the Season 1 set? Also one last thing I want to ask, does the other Nickelodeon dvds that Shout Factory put out have Closed Captioning on them, because I know that the Rocko's Modern Life has it because I rented that from the library, and that it has the CC logo on the discs.
