Wait..... They were kids?
I seriously had no idea that the monsters weren't adults, until I looked on Wikipedia. Did anybody else not realize this for a while?

I figured they were at least about a kiddie age. They showed their parents, and the head teacher guy talked about telling their parents their bad behavior or something.
shareI never really thought about it but I guess I knew..probably figured they were like in junior high or highschool possibly.
Daybreakers - 7/10
Youth in Revolt - 9/10
I always thought of them as teenagers
Dragonzord! Mastodon! Pterodactyl! Triceratops! Saber Toothed Tiger! Tyrannosaurus!
I thought they were teens watching it back then...

Cheers!
Going back and watching these on netflix! really loved this show as a kid. their age still confuses me. in the first few episodes they show photos of the three protagonists with dates of 1928. so.... are they kids? or do monsters age and mature slower?
shareIn the series Monsters live 4x longer then humans do. There was a photo of Gromble, Ickis's Dad, and Crumbs Dad showing them alive during the American Revolutionary War. Can't remember the name of the episode but this question is posted in the FAQ section. Link below.
