Did Dragon Dynasty cut it or use dubtitles?

I'm just curious because my DD Hard Boiled dvd had dubtitles and silt. I'm just curious if they did it to this beautiful flick too. First time I watched this movie, I was alittle let down b/c I kinda expected it to be similar to Police Story. the more i think about this film now, the more i love it.

I have the HKL and Joy Sales version, both has the same, accurate subtitles, not dubtitles.

One thing I have noticed is that they replaced the original voice actor for Jackie Chan on the English dub.
