Which movie is Frank watching in the cinema?

Can anyone here identify the movie which Frank is watching in the old cinema at the start of this movie? It seems to be a war movie from the 1940s.

It's "A Summer Place," with Sandra Dee and Troy Donahue.

I don't think A Summer Place is the film the op is asking about, although it was one of the (3 or 4) films shown in that old theater...another was The Thomas Crown Affair. I'm blanking on the film in question ha ha, showing my age. Damn what was it, I just watched last night
