wittgenstein's life in cinema

Is there any director out there who dares to film the life of Wittgenstein? His fears, loves, thoughts, war days...in all its splendeur. I know that biographies haven't given good results in the film industry, but the social, cultural and artistic events of Vienna at the beginning of the XX century would give enough drama to impress any plain and demanding audience alike. There is too much theme in those past years and I can't understand why it's being still ignored.
