WHERE DO YOU GET THIS!?

I've been looking for this almost a year now in England and Australia. I even tried the less legal channels which are much more reliable than legitimate means of purchase usually but it just can't be found what's the deal? It sounds like a great concept, one I'd really love to watch it's driving me crazy.
