Couldn't make out some words...

Two things in the movie I could not make out.

1) What F.B.I. stands for on Rex's t-shirt

2) The last line on the wall when the three main characters are in prison.

Any thoughts?

Well this is kinda late but the FBI stands for Female Body Inspector. Sorry I couldn't read anything on the wall.
