I agree. One of the best scenes in any movie.

Hell yeah. I was just going to make a topic about it...

Well, what did you EXPECT from one of the all time classic actors that have been doing movies long before most of us were born. Moses.

mike myers: - "how do i get to gordon street?" charlton heston: - "gordon street? ah, yes, gordon street. i once knew a girl who lived on gordon street. long time ago, when i was a young man. not a day passes i don't think of her and the promise that i made which i will always keep... and one perfect day on gordon street... that's uh, 5 blocks up, 2 over" mike myers (now choking back tears): - "thank you" πŸ˜– i always found that bit so bizarre, seeing one of hollywood history's major names in a small bit as a car mechanic in wayne's world 2, not even the first, but its sequel. the intro tune to that scene sure sounds like the bo diddley beat. recognise these lines from heston's movies: "you finally did it... you blew it up", "soylent green is..." (not gonna spoil it). anyway, finally i caught this airing, it's so messed up the channels i receive usually air only the first but not the sequel, this board is full of comments preferring this over the first, i sort of get them mixed up together. i wish kim basinger looked more like this in her (the unofficial) bond movie "never say never again", she looks a bit pale in that and is overshadowed by the other female, by the way, the secretary's dialogue in this sounds like that of a bond girl. all time i've seen this movie i didn't notice until now carvey and farley has the same hairstyle. this features two of the main cast from "married with children". i can't believe how many sticking lines this flick has... the comment to wayne by dana carvey: "maybe you shouldn't mention that thing anymore... it's just that... people have started to talk."
