Demoralization, Destabilization, Insurgency, Normalization
The left, especially the USSR, has always used the above procedure to dominate and destroy a country and culture. People see this movie and wonder, "is pedophilia ok in Europe?". It actually is not. At that time, Holland was simply at a latter stage of demoralization than the US. The left uses rape, especially child rape as a tool of dominance and extreme demoralization. They rape local children, or allow it, as a way of saying, "We can rape your children and you can do nothing. We will do whatever we want to you." The USSR of course is defunct, but the left now dominates western countries. Their system is prevailing. The left wing media is notorious for mass child rape. The left can no longer support Soviet invasion to push their agenda; they are now using mass migration.
When the Soviets invaded Eastern and Western Europe toward the end of WWII, they brutally raped every woman and child in sight. It was considered completely acceptable by the left, even in the US. The left in both east and west wanted it to happen. General Patton tried to stop the rape...but he was removed from his command. Rape and child rape are an integral part of the left's agenda. We are seeing it now with mass immigration / migration. Third worlders "migrate" to first world countries and immediately begin to rape young women and children (and sometimes older women). This is allowed to destabilize and eliminate western culture. We now have the rape horrors in Germany with the new "rapefugees". There have been Muslim pedophile rape gangs in the UK, Sweden and other western countries for decades. Nothing is done to stop them. It's actually encouraged. If you say anything to criticize, left wing elites scream "racism" or something similar. Anyone who refuses to submit to mass rape could be arrested, lose their job, pension, etc.
The left wants child rape to happen. It's deliberate, and ultimately used for the purpose of destabilization. Movies such as this were released to desensitize people to child rape in western countries. Mass third world migration was planned; and the elites knew that mass child rape would occur. This type of movie is pushing, "It's ok to rape white children. They like it."
