Question about Hell on Earth vs. Perfect Collection

I've heard that the perfect collection is uncut... What about the Hell on Earth collection? I can get that pretty cheap. Is it cut or uncut? If it's cut, I guess I'll have to buy the perfect collection...

Hell on Earth collection contains the abridged movie version of the first three OVAs, while Urotsukidoji II is actually slightly LONGER because of an added scene.
