script question

Ok--so I have owned this movie for a looong time, and I still have no idea what "sloaching fizzes" (or however you spell it) means. The guy who eventually tries to rape Caroline says it when he is reminding Caroline in the coffee shop of how they know each other. Does anyone know what the heck that means? I am from the South...maybe it is a Northern thing I don't understand....just curious. Thanks a bundle! :-)
