NTSC Release?
Been hoping that this will be released in North America for some time. I don't mind the subtitles, I just don't want to buy a PAL DVD player.
Any news on when Disney will release this in NTSC?
Probably never, like Only Yesterday it doesn't fit in with Disney's brand image so they're not going to release it.
But you can go into any Best Buy or Walmart and find a region free DVD player without difficulty...really cheap too $50, more or less (I got a fine region free Blu-ray player at BB for $100.)
Actually, it's entirely possible you already own a DVD player that can be made region free with a simple code via the remote control.
And, you have a computer. Download the free VLC media player software and you're instantly region free.
