When he says "tell Luca to go outside and do you know what" what does he mean?

I always thought Walken's character was asking Luca to kill the dog but I could be wrong.

I always figured he meant for him to go outside and make sure no one was around because he decided he was gonna kill Hopper.

I know you asked this question a while ago, but he wanted him to look in Hopper's car for the drugs. It's in the original script. I forget if it's in the movie, but Luca comes back and says (In Italian) "It's not in there" and Don Vincent says "That's not good". Now if you guys could help me - What the hell is in Pei Mei's mouth in his fight scene with The Bride in Kill Bill 2?!?
