what's your favorite scene ??

And please don't include scene between Hopper and Walken. Understandably, it is a great scene and many consider it the films best. So aside from that great scene, which is your favorite ?

Aside from that scene, I've always thought Clarence confronting Drexl was an amazing scene. Drexl has Clarence all figured out, or so he thinks.

Call me a sap, but, while I enjoy the violent and funny scenes in the film, the scene between Alabama and Clarence on the billboard outside his apartment is really touching, in a pretty odd kind of way. But it's the place that kind of confirms their love to me. That's my favorite, I think. It gives me goosebumps. Yeah, I'm a sap.

The relationship is completely cemented when Clarence comes back from Drexel's, and you KNOW these two are perfect for each other, which is great, too.

Both great scenes, Bek, and Bill. I also love the scene in the elevator of the hotel with Alabama, Clarence, Dick Ritchie, and Elliot. That was awesome. And Sizemore and Penn listening via Elliots wire. Great stuff.

I loved the scene of Drexl and Clarence in a one-off of intellectual insight into one another. I also thought that the confrontation with Alabama against the hitman (played terrifically by James Gandolfini) with her maintaining an almost twisted idea of comedy and light-heartedness in the face of someone who embraces seriousness and violence.

The roller coaster scene.

Virgil torturing Alabama. Alabama defiantly laughing and flipping him off after be blasted her in the face. She wouldn't roll over on her Clarence And Virgil sitting over a battered Alabama talking about what it was like to kill someone.

Life is never fair, and perhaps it is a good thing for most of us that it is not.

Floyd's scenes, I thought Pitt stole the show for the 47 or so seconds he was in it.

Yup. According to trivia page it was Brad's idea to stay on the couch. Great scenes.

I tried to pick one scene but I couldn't. The whole movie in flsawless to me, one classic scene after another. Of course I'm biased cause this is my all-time favourite...
But to add to the discussion, I'd say:

- the whole sequence after the movies, when they go for pie and then Clarence takes her to the comic store, their first kiss and sexytime (I'd say this is probably my favourite scene, which hooked me from the very first time)

- Right after that, Alabama coming clean is as charming and emotional as it is funny because of Slater's lines ("What are you, a theatre inspector?", "I was so relieved you didn't have a dick!")

- the Clarence-Drexl face-off (as classic as the Hopper-Walken scene and probably the best in the movie)

- the bathroom scenes with the King (we don't get to see him, but Val Kilmer pulled off THE BEST ELVIS IMPERSONATION this side of Andy Kaufman)

- the climatic scene at the Beverly Hills.

And I'll tell you what scene I DIDN'T LIKE, and that's the alternate ending. In fact I hate it. Totally out of character for Alabama.

The semi-sexy fight between Alabama and Virgil.

FOR ME, HAD TO BE THE FIGHT BETWEEN ARQUETTE AND GANDOLFINI. WE REALLY FOUND OUT WHAT ALABAMA WAS ALL ABOUT....ONE TOUGH CHICK!

My favorite part of the movie is the 'Clarence and Alabama go to Cancun' scene. Especially when Clarence says that Alabama would get top billing in his movie, aww.

There's nothing the least bit funny about stealing a meal from Neal McBeal the Navy SEAL.
