Here's how I like them, in order:

Pebble & the Penguin > Rock-A-Doodle > Thumbelina > A Troll in Central Park (the LOWEST of the low!)

The Pebble and the Penguin(gets my vote as Bluth's most underrated as well)

I consider all of them under-rated! Don Bluth films have yet to disappoint me.

Thumbelina>A Troll In Central Park>The Pebble And The Penguin (I haven't yet seen Rock-A-Doodle).
Honestly I consider them all underrated. The only Bluth film I didn't care for was Bartok The Magnificent.

I agree. I haven't seen this or thumbelina in years. I wonder if netflicks has them. Thanks for the memories.
