Guideline of Texas the Novel chapters

Can someone give me a basic guideline of the chapters of Texas, its subjects and time period spans, as I'm preparing to increase the Texas (novel) wikipedia article (I haven't really read it besides the conquistadores chapter, which I found extremly good)?
