Which is worse; This or Batman & Robin?

I haven't seen Batman and Robin, I did see Batman Forever though. But, seriously I don't understand why people dislike this movie. I prefer this over the 2nd, Secret Of The Ooze as the 2nd one seems too cheesy. Yeah, this takes the turtles to a different environment in Feudal Japan and with different enemies. But, I still think it's great for a TMNT movie, back in the days when the turtles were stuntmen in costumes.
