Elvis?

Not sure if this is the movie I saw, but it had a similar title and an Elvis impersonator -well, just his voice delivery. The one I am thinking of may have had some asian chicks, and the guy would say "come on baby, do it for the King," or something similar.

I think the one I remember was dubbed and older than this, but it seemed similar enough that I have to ask.
I probably saw it on cable's USA (Up All Night) or even TBS (or TNT) '100% Weird.'
