People always complain about contrived interracial pairing

But I have to say, that this is the first movie where they actually got it right. Sure it's unknown, but I had the pleasure of seeing it. Tony Goldwyn was known for playing bad guys in the late eighties and early nineties, but I always thought he was hot (even now seeing him in The Last Samurai, I still think he is hot). In this movie, we see his charm without it being marred by his evil persona. This is a movie I definitely recommend!

I liked this film too.

Whitfield/Goldwyn had great chemistry on screen.

Yeah, this is one of my (many) favorite i/r wm/bf movies.

I originally thought Tony's character was a stuck up, arrogant, snotty a$$hole, but he comes around in the end and he kind of grows on you. Funny how that works.

And this may be a little off topic, but I think he also has a very sexy voice.

I love this movie too. I also loved the way that there was absolutely no mention of skin colour -- just two people being who they are -- human beings! YOu don't see a lot of that on American television, and so it was a refreshing change.

I have no idea why this movie isn't out on DVD as yet. So many other nonsensical movies are out on DVD already.
