Was there ever a real sega game gear game for this movie? (I still have my sega game gear somewhere...) If not, it should have been. And, does anyone know what the kid who played Adam is doing now a days?

Yes there was a Surf Ninjas game for Game Gear.. I never played it myself, but I remember seeing the game in Toys R Us when I first got my Game Gear.. You can see some screenshots of it at http://www.vgmuseum.com/gg2.htm

Never own a Game Gear. I was more into the Gameboy.

wow...I must have been like 7 or 8 when I played this game...
I remember enjoying it quite much, although I can't remember, it's been more than 10 years since then.
I was actually thinking of that game a week or so ago and searched all over the internet for it cause I didn't remember its name...
Nostalgic as hell!!

man how bad were those things at sucking up batteries...i mean they held like 8 aa batteries and you could play for a couple hours lol...but they were sweet cuz you could play in the dark where gameboy you had to have the light and magnifying screen attchment

I remember the game boy and sega genesis game. I used to have a game boy and yes I do remember that light and the magnifying screen attachment. I wish I could get me a gameboy again, I'll have to see where I can find one.

How sad is it that i have 3 SGG's hanging around? lol i got one for Christmas when they first came out, and 2 others i have no idea where the extras came from, maybe they multiplied? i usually played with the ac power cord so i didn't bother with batteries unless i was taking it someplace. i still have my GB too, i got that the year they first came out. its pathetic, the newest game system i have is a SNEs unless you count a GB advance sp, but even those are old.

I still have my gameboy, I actually have 2 of them. I remember how cool this was when it 1st came out & it was a battle between gameboy & sega! I think gameboy won, they had more cartridges, cheaper & almost everyone in my school bought gameboys! I remember they were so expensive & I was mulling over what to get for my bday, between a gameboy or a mountain bike! Mountain bikes were also a big fad back then! I finally chose a mountainbike & told my mom that was what I wanted1 On my bday, she gave me a gameboy instead because it was cheaper! I was sooo pissed! LOL!
