I cannot type the best moments from this movie, as I would only end up typing this entire script. Although two of my favorites have to be when Colonel Chi gets the phone calls and is like "Did you call earlier and hang up?" and then he throws the phone in the water, and then those guys in the cage are all laughing at him with really really sweet faces, or the part where the two surfer dudes come into the hamburger hut after it has been totaly trashed and they are like "Excuse me are you open? They got killer shakes dude it's worth the wait. You know the foods good cause, you know, cops." This movie literally gets better everytime I watch it, and I rank it #1, slightly above Heavyweights.

I totally forgot about this movie and randomly saw a clip online of it and remembered how great it was! This movie was so sweet when I was younger.

Hell, I still pull out the ole' VHS tape of the movie out every once in a while to watch it.

This movie is so good that I own four copies of it, three on VHS, and one on DVD, just so I can loan it to friends.

I love this movie too. I used to watch this movie over and over, when I was young. I rate it 10/10.
